Customer Information

This information will be saved in your customer file. It will be used to confirm your order and communicate with you regarding your Evatel service. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we use and protect your personal information.

• First and Last Name: Enter the full name of the person who will be the administrator of the services.
• Company Name: Enter the name of the company who will be using the service.
• Domain Name: Enter the Internet domain name of your company. For example: speechmobility.com. If you don’t have one, enter your company name.
• Language: Select your preferred language of communication.
• Email: Your email address will be used to send you information about your account (User ID, PIN, access number, and other notifications) and to send you faxes and voice messages if you subscribe to Smart Number.
• Mobile Phone: Enter the phone number to reach you.
• Promo Code: If you received a special offer, enter the promo code in this field to apply the promotional offer to your subscription.

Click Resume Later to save your current selections and continue the subscription process at a later date.  You can also click Cancel to abort the signup process.
