What is DeskPhone?

DeskPhone is your software to make and receive phone calls on your Windows. The DeskPhone can be accessed and used in different situations:

• WebPhone on your Web Portal: Click the WebPhone icon on your home page dashboard or Web Portal header to launch the WebPhone dialer. You can also click on the WebPhone icon on any phone number shown on your Web Portal to dial it. See WebPhone on Web Portal for details.

• WebPhone on your Mobile App: Click the WebPhone icon on the dashboard of your Mobile App to launch the WebPhone dialer. You can also click on any phone number shown on your Mobile App to launch the WebPhone dialer. See WebPhone on Mobile App for details.

• WebPhone Extension on your Web browser: Install the WebPhone extension for your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), then click on the WebPhone extension icon shown on the header of your browser to launch the WebPhone dialer. You can also click on any phone number shown on your Web browser to dial it using your WebPhone. See WebPhone Browser Extension for details.

Each DeskPhone is registered as a telephone extension on your phone system. You can receive phone calls on your DeskPhone extensions like you would on any of your other IP telephone devices and WebPhones.
