Your virtual receptionist greets people who call your company’s main phone number and transfers them to the employees or departments that they want to reach. The service can communicate with callers in English or French. The service can also be configured in “human receptionist” mode to transfer all calls to a live operator during working hours and automatically switch to “virtual receptionist” mode after hours and on weekends. You can later adjust and personalize the service to meet your company’s requirements.
The service is currently in “virtual receptionist” mode. Thus, you must select the greeting language, then check Second Language if you want to offer callers the option to choose the alternate language.
- Language: Select the language that will be used by the virtual receptionist to greet callers.
- Alternate Language: Check this box if you want the virtual receptionist to give callers the option to choose the alternate language.
You can modify your selection at any time by clicking Previous during the subscription process or click Resume Later to save your current selections and continue the subscription process at a later date. You can also click Cancel to abort the signup process.
