• Company Name: Enter the name of the company who will be using the service.
• Domain Name: Enter the Internet domain name of your company. For example: speechmobility.com. If you don’t have one, enter your company name.
• First and Last Name: Enter the full name of the person who will be the administrator of the services.
• Language: Select your preferred language of communication.
• Email Address: Your email address will be used to send you information about your account (User ID, PIN, access number, and other notifications) and to send you faxes and voice messages if you subscribe to Smart Number.
• Phone number: Enter the phone number to reach you.
