Overview - Signup Process
You are about to subscribe to the Evatel cloud-based IP phone service with a built-in virtual assistant.
You will be asked to:
- Provide information on your company.
- Select service packages, options and phones.
- Transfer existing phone numbers to your new Evatel service or order new numbers.
- Accept the terms of service.
- Provide payment information to finalize your subscription.
Once the process is completed, you will receive emails confirming the new account, the billing information and your account credentials.
You can modify your selection at any time by clicking Previous during the subscription process or click Resume Later to save your current selections and continue the subscription process at a later date. You can also click Cancel to abort the signup process.
Service Packages, Options and Phones
You will have a choice to subscribe to various service packages and options. Because our services are in the cloud and use the technology of Voice-over-IP communications (VoIP), you will be asked to select telephone devices and products that communicate over the internet.
A key feature of Evatel services is the ability for people to dial a single number to reach you at the location of your choice. To do so, you will have the option to order a new phone number or transfer an existing number (telephone, fax, mobile) for use with your Evatel service.
The total service setup charges and monthly subscription fees for your selected service packages and products will presented to you for approval.
You will be asked to provide the address where bills and other information will be mailed to you. This information will be linked to your customer file. You will also need to provide your credit card details to subscribe to Evatel services.
Once you have completed the subscription process, you will receive emails confirming the details of your subscription at the email address that you specified. A screen will also show your new account credentials to access your services and to configure your equipment or softphone if needed.
