Each member in your organization can have an office phone extension to make and receive calls on the Internet using a SIP device or softphone. All your office extensions are listed on the Extensions page. You can create new extensions and assign them to users or free and delete existing ones. As the administrator, you can set the caller name and phone number (Caller ID) displayed for calls made by members in your organization. The caller ID can be either the name and number of the company or the user.
