Introduction

The mailbox sharing feature enables you to share some or all your mailbox items (voicemail, faxes, text messages or conversations) with other users. You can select with whom you want to share your mailbox then specify which messages to share with that partner. At anytime, you can stop sharing messages with any partner. The same way that you can share your mailbox items, others can share their mailbox items with you. You can therefore view and manage your mailbox items together with any messages shared with you. You can perform the same actions on all mailbox items shared with you as you do on your own mailbox. This means that you can reply to shared messages, archive them or delete them.Your actions will be applied directly in the owner’s mailbox.
