You can receive and send text messages using your Smart Number if your subscription includes this feature. All your incoming SMS messages are automatically sent to your Web Portal and mobile app but you can also select to receive a copy of each new text message by email, as an SMS to your mobile phone and/or by phone through the Virtual Assistant.
From this SMS Options page, you can set the default methods to receive copies of your new SMS messages:
- Receive text messages on your email and mobile phone
- Have the Virtual Assistant call you and read you the text message on the device of your choice.
To access your SMS Options, click Settings > SMS Options in the main menu.
