The Virtual Assistant enables you to have interactive voice access to your calendar by phone. Using speech commands, you can access, review and schedule meetings. More specifically, you can:
- Review appointments in your calendar for any day of the week or in the next two months.
- Schedule new appointments and invite contacts as participants using your own voice to describe the agenda and location of meetings.
IMPORTANT: This feature is available only for users who have an email account with open remote access to calendar. Google and Microsoft allow third-party applications such as the Virtual Assistant to remotely access their calendars. They are the only calendars that you can access with your Virtual Assistant.
If you are a Google G Suite, Gmail, Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 user, you can configure the access to your calendar under Settings > Mail Access. See Mail Access for details.
For information on the calendar voice commands, see Calendar Voice Commands.
