Evatel keeps a record of all incoming and outgoing calls in a Call Logs database. You can access and manage Company Call Logs from Web Portal. Call logs are used by users, company administrators and system administrators for different needs:
- Call Logs help users keep track of their telephone communications to do proper customer follow-up and service time billing.
- Company Administrators use the Call Logs for cost control and billing purposes.
- Service providers may use the Call Logs to estimate call traffic by region for advertising purposes.
