Synchronizing Company Contact Information with the Mail Server

Excendia automatically refreshes your for more.company contact information after a certain cycle (usually every 48 hours). But you can also refresh your company contact information manually from Web Portal as follows:

• Click on Contacts  in the Web Portal Toolbar to display the Company Contacts page.
• Click on Synchronize my Company Contacts.
  A dialog box appears to confirm that your company contact information has been updated.
• Click OK.

This action will only update the company contacts available by phone. It will not import company contacts on Web Portal.
