Here is how you configure Excendia to use the company contacts on Web Portal (instead of the public contacts on the mail server):
- Click on the Contacts button in the Web Portal Toolbar to open the Company Contacts page.
- Click on I want to Store and Manage my Company Contacts on Web Portal.
The Company Contacts on Web Portal page is displayed to enable you to import, add, edit and delete the company contacts to be used during your phone sessions.
