As the company administrator, you can set the name and e-mail address that will be used by your company's virtual assistant when sending e-mails to company users. Here is how:

- Open the Virtual Assistant Information section in the Company Profile page to display the name and e-mail of your assistant.
- Make your changes by overwriting the information in the appropriate fields: Assistant Name and Assistant E-mail.
- Click OK to confirm the changes.
The new assistant name and e-mail will be used for the next messages sent. Make sure that the assistant's e-mail account is active and operational on your company mail server.
