The NpaNxx table is used to determine the Region Code for the phone number that was dialed by the agent. The formula uses the NPA (also known as Area Code) and the NXX (first 3 digits after the area code) of the number dialed. The Region Code will be used in conjunction with the Product Code to set the Caller ID displayed for the agent’s call. The Caller ID is retrieved from the CLIDs table using the Region Code and the Product Code.
To import NpaNxx data:
- Go to Call Center > Outbound Calls > NpaNxx tab.
