As the Company administrator, you can free (unassign) SIP Phones from their users as follows:
- Click on the SIP Accounts button then select the SIP Accounts tab to display the list of SIP Accounts.
- Select the SIP Account or user that will no longer use the SIP Phone then click on its SIP Phone Name link in the SIP Phone column.
- Click Yes to confirm.
The SIP Phone is now freed (unassigned) from its current SIP Account (user) and made available for assignment to another users.
