As the company administrator, you can view and manage access to the services assigned to your company account. To access the Services page, click on the Services button in the Web Portal toolbar. The Services page lists the services in your company account. Each service will be described with the following parameters:
- Extension (optional): The extension number assigned to the service. This enables people to dial the service as an extension on the company's Virtual Receptionist service.
- DID: The direct DID number assigned to the service. This enables callers to dial the service directly from an outside line.
- Name: The service name for reference purposes and for the Dial service by name feature of the company Virtual Receptionist service.
- Active: Check box indicating that the service is active or inactive. Only active services can answer calls.
