The Web Portal allows you to export your call logs in a CSV file. This function enables you to keep an archive of your call logs.
To save your call logs to a CSV file:
- Click Call Logs in the main menu.
- As needed, click Filter, filter the call logs using the Category (Company Calls) dropdown lists and Period.
- Click the box next to the items you want to export. By default, all items are selected (checked).
- Click the CSV button.
- Select Send to "EMAIL" to send zipped CSV file to your email address or Download to download CSV file.
