Messages that others shared with you

You can view and manage messages that others shared with you the same way you manage your own. You can reply to messages, archive them or delete them. Your actions will be reflected directly in the owner’s mailbox.

The mailbox items that others have been shared with you are indicated with a checkmark . These are the only items that you can access and manage.
