Refresh Call Logs

All calls that you make or receive are instantly added to your call logs except for local calls dialed from your office extensions such as IP telephone devices and WebPhone on the Web Portal, Mobile App or Browser extension. At anytime, you can manually import these local calls made from your office extensions into your call logs and refresh the list.

To manually import local calls made from your office extensions into your call logs:

• Click Call Logs in the main menu.
• Click the Refresh button.
• The list of calls will be updated and will include local calls made from your office extensions.
