Send Voice E-Mails to Contacts

You can record and send voice messages to your contacts and colleagues from any phone. Here is how:

To record and send a voice e-mail to a contact:

• Say: SEND AN EMAIL

Evatel prompts you to say the recipient's name (contact or colleague)

• Say: SEND AN EMAIL TO {contact name}
• or in DTMF mode, enter: (2) (3) (9) {select contact} (1) (#) {record message} (#) (1)

Record your new voice message. To end recording, stop talking or press #. You can use the standard voice mail commands to edit your message. Once you are satisfied, say YES or press 1 in DTMF mode.

The assistant will confirm that the new voice message has been successfully e-mailed, then goes back to the main menu.
