Select the user with whom you want to share your mailbox then select the specific items that the selected partner can access and manage. Note that the partner can view your messages, reply to them and delete them from your mailbox.
- Select the colleague who will access your mailbox items. To share your mailbox with users outside your organization, enter their User ID. Click Next to select the mailbox items to share with this partner.
- Select the mailbox items that you want to share with the other user.
- Click Finish when finished and use the checkbox to inform the person with whom you are sharing your mailbox.
Edit Mailbox SharingYou can select the mailbox items that you want to share with other users.
Stop Mailbox SharingYou can stop sharing your mailbox items with other users. By doing so, these users will no longer be able to access and manage your mailbox items.
View Shared Messages
When viewing mailbox items, items which are shared with you are indicated with the initials of their owner.
