Global Commands (Key Words)

Global commands are Key Words available to you anytime during your phone session. Some of these commands such as HELP and CANCEL are interpreted based on the context where you use them. The following special speech commands can be said anytime during your phone session:

• EXCENDIA or MAIN MENU to go back to the main menu.
• CANCEL to cancel the current operation and go back the previous menu.
• HELP to get context-sensitive help.
• GOODBYE to end the session.
