Call Options
WebPhone offers different ways to handle the calls you make. Select your preferred method from the dropdown list of call options on the left side of the phone number field:
- Use WebPhone. Use the WebPhone office extension to make the call on the Internet. Your computer must be equipped with a headset or a microphone and speakers in order to carry out calls on your Web Portal.
- Call me back. Select the phone number or office extension where you want to be called back. The system will first call you on the selected phone number and will only start dialing the number that you want to call once you answer. If the phone number or office extension where you want to be called back is not in the dropdown list, then you must first add it under Settings > Phone Numbers.
WebPhone saves your selection as the default call option to handle the next calls you make. At anytime, you can select a different call option from the dropdown list on the left side of the phone number field.
