NOTE: Depending on your user account type, you may or may not have the right to change your service options in a manner that affects account billing charges. See User Rights and Permissions for details.
- If you have a company employee account, you will only view the service packages and options that you use. Contact your Company Administrator to add, modify or cancel your service packages and options.
- If you have a single-user professional account for which you are paying, you have the possibility to add and remove services and options including phone numbers and office extensions. You may also close your account.
Note that billing starts instantly for newly added or upgraded services, while billing for cancelled or downgraded services will cease at the end of the month.
