Tap Settings on the mobile app menu to open the mobile app configuration parameters.
From the Settings page, tap Call Options to specify how you want the WebPhone to make your calls:
- Use WebPhone. Use the WebPhone IP office extension to make the call over the Internet. If you are using this option on your Web Portal, then your computer must be equipped with a headset or a microphone and speakers in order to carry out calls.
- Call me back. You will be called back on one of your selected phone numbers, before dialing the number that you want to call. You can use the dropdown list of your locations to change the phone number where you get called back.
- Use the cell network (Mobile App Only). The call will be made using your mobile device's network (SIM card).
- Ask me to choose (Mobile App Only). You will always be asked to choose one of the 3 call options: Use WebPhone, Call me back or Use the cell network.
Tap Logout on the mobile app menu to disconnect your Mobile App from your account. Once logged out, you will have to provide your username and PIN to reconnect the mobile app to your Evatel account.
