You can record and send voice messages as e-mails to contacts and colleagues in your voice directory using speech commands from any phone. Here is how:
To record and send a voice e-mail to a contact:
- Say: SEND AN EMAIL TO {Contact Name}
- or in DTMF mode, enter: (1) (3) (9) {Select Contact} (1) (#) {Record Message} (#) (1)
Record your new voice message. To end recording, stop talking or press #. You can also use voice mail commands to edit your message. Once you are satisfied, say YES or press 1 in DTMF mode.
Evatel will confirm that the new voice message has been successfully e-mailed, then goes back to the main menu.
