Reply to E-Mails by Phone

You can reply to e-mails from your phone using your own voice. Here is how:

While listening to the e-mail or immediately after.

To reply to the e-mail sender ONLY:

• Say: REPLY TO SENDER
• or in DTMF mode, enter: (2)(1)

To reply to the e-mail sender and all recipients:

• Say: REPLY TO ALL
• or in DTMF mode, enter: (2)(2)

Record your reply message. To end recording, stop talking or press #. You can use the standard voice mail commands to edit your message. Once you are satisfied, say YES or press 1 in DTMF mode.
