Access Contact Information

You can access your contacts and have Evatel read specific information about them such as their address, their e-mail, etc. Here is how:

To access the information about a contact, you first need to select the contact from the main menu as follows:

• Say: LOOKUP CONTACT or LOOKUP {contact name}
• or in DTMF mode, enter (9) (#) {contact last name + first name} (#)

In DTMF mode, when the assistant offers to call the contact, press (*) (#) to access the contact information.

Note that in DTMF mode, you don't have to enter the full last name and first name. Enter sufficient letters using the telephone keypad, then press POUND (#). Your assistant will inform you of the number of matches and helps you select your contact. See Entering Contact Names using DTMF keys for more details.

You can now access and listen to specific information about the contact as follows.
