Listen to your Appointments and Meetings

You can access and listen to your appointments and meetings by phone directly from the main menu. Select the day to check and Evatel will tell you how many appointments you have in your calendar that day before starting to play the details of your first appointment or meeting. Here is how:

To listen to today's appointments and meetings

• Say: CHECK MY CALENDAR TODAY
• or in DTMF mode, enter: (4) (1)

To listen to tomorrow's appointments and meetings

• Say: CHECK MY CALENDAR TOMORROW
• or in DTMF mode, enter: (4) (2)

To listen to appointments and meetings of a specific date

• Say: CHECK MY CALENDAR ON {Date}
• or in DTMF mode, enter: (4) (5) {Date MMDD}
